Share a clear pickup point
Include your station or airport name, arrival time and a contact number. Agree on a meeting location directly with the operator. If plans change, update the team before your scheduled pickup.
Choose space as well as seats
Tell the team how many passengers and bags are travelling. Ask which vehicle is suitable and whether a larger vehicle is needed for your group.
Understand the estimate
Our calculator multiplies the billable distance by the selected kilometre rate. Round trips double the one-way distance. The configured minimum distance may apply, and extras such as tolls and parking are separate. Request the complete quote.
Confirm before you travel
Ask for vehicle availability, pickup details, cancellation terms, driver contact and the total expected charge. Sending an enquiry alone does not confirm a vehicle.
